The main foci of this course are on teaching students current maritime code of Taiwan, conventions on international maritime commerce, and on lecturing on issues arised from the inconsistent between rules of local maritime code and of international conventions. Complement with viewpoints of theories and judicial practical opinions, this course will establish students the fundamental concept of maritime code.
